Can you really reverse aging with yoga?

I’ll admit it, I used to hate the thought of yoga. This new-agey bunch of mumbo jumbo, I thought. But it only took me a few sports injuries to realize the benefits of yoga, and I’ve been devoted to it ever since. I try to make it to class at least once a week or else do some exercise videos at home.

But yoga for the face? I was always under the impression a headstand could help with blood flowing into the face, but I’d never thought about actually doing yoga for the face.
